The 3000 series Compressed Earth Block Machine is automated and produces several sizes of full load bearing, non-fired, structural block for the construction of residential and commercial buildings. Our policy is that renters are required attend our Builders Classes before renting to understand how the total system works. With the equipment we have our crew come with it to your site to produce all your blocks. The machine can be set to vary the thickness of the blocks for different architectural effects. Soil can be loaded with a farm tractor loader or bobcat type loader.

Earth Moving Equipment
Soil can be loaded with a farm tractor loader or bobcat type loader. We use John Deere Front loaders due to the size and easy to maintain and operate. With all equipment our operators are trained and certified to handle your building needs.

Earth Mixing Equipment
The Soil Mixing Machine is capable of mixing soil and other materials at a variable rate up to 20+ yards per hour. Moisture is added as required through 8 nozzles that can be controlled by the operator for desired ratios. The additives such as portland cement, lime, fly ash and moisture can all be controlled to operator's specification.
